RESERVATIONS

At Luna Pet Resort, we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to book reservations. First time guests will need to create an Owner Portal.  You'll be prompted to fill out your and your pet's information.  You may make reservations, upload vet records, request boarding services and view your purchases all with the click of a button!  Make sure you upload a pet selfie for our records!

  • Already a customer?  To access your Owner Portal, to request boarding or manage your pet's profile, click here.

  • Prior to your visit, vet records must be uploaded in your Owner Portal or scanned to us at:  info@lunapetresort.com

  • Once you have created a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24-hours, please call us at 608-850-LUNA.

  • Note:  Although we require a credit card on file, you will not be charged a deposit.  This will be used for your convenience when it's time for check-out.

Prior to checking in, please complete the Pet Profile form and email to us at info@lunapetresort.com or bring it with you at the time of checking in.

 Hotel Check-In and Check-Out

 

Check-In

  • EVERY DAY: 8AM - 12PM or 2PM - 7PM

  • To schedule a check-in time, please text 608-260-5700.  Please allow at least 10 minutes to properly check in at our reception desk. All guests need to have an updated Pet Profile Form and signed Guest Services Agreement on file. This will help us understand your pet’s background, personality and any special needs so we can make your pets experience relaxing and fun!

  • All pets entering and exiting Luna Pet Resort must be on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. For safety purposes, no retractable leashes, please.

  • To keep all guests safe, please remove any flea collars prior to checking in.

  • Please allow at least 1 week after immunizations or any flea/tick treatment to board your dog.  This time allows your dog's immune system to respond to the vaccine and safe guard against any possible reaction. 

  • To avoid disruption and allow us to provide the best care possible to our boarding guests, check-in's are during check-in hours only.

Check-Out

  • EVERY DAY: 8AM - 12PM

  • Late Check-out available 2PM - 6PM for $25 fee per guest. Any guest not picked up by 6PM sharp will be considered an overnight guest and charged an additional night. 

  • Please schedule your pets check-out time by texting 608-260-5700.

WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME FOR CHECK IN?

 

  • Food and Treats. Please put meals in Ziplock bags or containers, labeled with your pet’s name and feeding instructions. Luna Pet Resort can store frozen and refrigerated food.

  • Medicine and supplements.  We administer medication free of charge, however, we do not give injections or shots.

  • Collar and leash. If your dog will participate in a nature walk, please bring a harness.

  • Guest Services Agreement & Pet Profile (complete one profile for each pet)

 

Comforts of home:  You may bring beds, blankets or any manageable item that will enhance your pet's stay at Luna Pet Resort.  Please make sure to mark your items with your pets’ name and your last name to identify it so it is safely returned to you upon check-out.  For your convenience, we provide bowls and blankets. 

 

Food from home:  Please bring your pet’s regular diet for their stay to maintain diet and digestion stability.

For safety reasons, please do not pack, raw hides, glass or ceramic items, etc.  These items may be overnight choke hazards. While we take every possible precaution to return all belongings in a good condition, we recommend cherished items stay at home.
