Owner Profile: An Owner Profile account is required prior to booking reservations. Your Owner Profile is considered the central hub for information about your pup. With an account, you’ll be able to book reservations, schedule special amenities, pay your bill, view your history, and more! Visit the New Clients Owner Profile registration at the top of the page to make your profile. Also, fill out a profile for your pet to give more information on their temperament and what makes them unique!

Resort Check-In Hours Resort Check-Out Hours
Every Day: 8AM - 12PM or 2PM - 7PM Every Day: 8AM - 12PM
Late Check-out: Our late check-out is from 2PM - 6PM for a $25 late check-out fee per guest. If pet(s) is not picked up by 6PM sharp, he/she will be considered an overnight guest and be charged for an additional night’s stay.
To expedite the check-in process, we ask all Pet parents to indicate their check-in time when booking their reservation. Pet parents may also text 608-260-5700 to inform Luna Pet Resort staff of their check-in time preference. All dogs entering and exiting Luna Pet Resort must be on a leash, no retractable leashes, please. Guest suites are charged per night.

Cancellations: We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to make any alterations to reservations, including cancellations. We understand that sometimes plans change, however, any alterations made to a reservation without a 48-hour prior notice will be charged the full amount of the originally reserved stay.
Holidays are a busy time for all, including us! During these times, we require that any cancellations be made with 7 days advanced notice.
